Basic iPhone tip - How do I take a screen shot

So you just sent a text message to a friend that auto correct totally changed and you and your friend had a conversation that made you LOL.
Now you want to share it on damnyouautocorrect.com.  But how do you take a screen shot on your iPhone?

Simple:

• Get your screen to look the way you want the screen shot to look.
• Hold down the *HOME button and then press the POWER button.
• DONE!  The image is now in your camera roll.

 *the Home button is the button on the face of the phone (near the bottom of the screen) while the power button is located on the top of the phone, right hand corner.
